It’s Wild to Not Be Under Attack

Mini-Episode 1 - Warm up

This was spontaneous. No notes. No outline. I pressed record and let it move.

I’ve been studying dark psychology for over twelve years.

Archetypes.

Manipulation patterns.

Power structures.

Covert control.

All of it.

But if I’m being real, I was born into it in 1975.

So technically, my whole life has been a study.

Some people read about predators. Some people grow up around them. Some people marry them. Hire them. Work under them. Build with them. Get targeted by them.

When that’s your environment, you don’t call it dark psychology. You call it normal.

You call it family.
You call it business.
You call it love.
You call it survival.

And your nervous system adapts.

For most of my life, there was always something. Some conflict. Some distortion. Some character circling. The vampire archetype. The parasite. The vulture. The trickster. The wounded child. The bully. The saboteur. The con. The sociopath. The copyist.

Not villains in a movie.

Patterns.

Well-documented patterns.

You can see them across history. In governments. In corporations. In churches. In households. In courtrooms. This is not fringe. It is ancient.

What is strange right now is this.

There is no active attack.

No one circling.
No one siphoning.
No one positioning.

And that absence is loud.

When you live in conflict long enough, your body expects it. Your mind organizes around it. Your identity hardens around being the one who survives it.

So when it stops, there is space.

Neutral space.

And in that space is boredom.

And beneath that boredom is a weird edge of not-enoughness. Like if you are not defending something or slaying something, what are you even doing?

That’s confronting.

It makes you realize how much of your drive was forged in resistance.

This episode was me breaking down the architecture I’ve been mapping for years.

It starts with Nature Codes. The laws that operate whether we like them or not. Rhythm. Polarity. Cause and effect. Energy exchange. Nature does not take sides.

Then Karmic Codes. Participation. Every action ripples. We inherit patterns. We reinforce patterns. We entangle.

Then Shadow Codes. The parts of us we don’t want to see. The unintegrated pieces that leak and attract.

Then Control Codes. Where distortion becomes intentional. Coercion. Manipulation. Gaslighting. Archetypal dark traits in motion.

Then Healing Codes. Regulation. Awareness. Cleaning the structure. Sealing the holes.

Then Sovereignty Codes. Standing on your own internal authority without needing conflict to feel alive.

And finally, Self and Other. Where you end and someone else begins. No enmeshment. No harvesting. Clean exchange.

For a long time, hiding underground felt safest.

If you’ve been targeted enough, you learn to go quiet. You learn to minimize visibility. You learn to move like you’re being tracked.

But underground is incubation.

It is not destiny.

And this is me coming above ground.

Not to fight.

Not to expose.

Not to dramatize.

But to speak clearly about patterns most people are still taking personally.

I’m not naive anymore.

And I’m not hiding anymore either.
