My next episode of "Living Outside Time" - is partly about what I did when I was six and seven - digging holes in the garden deeper than my height - this was the beginning of my excavation. Secondly I don't think your trip is selfish. There are three ways we can be - selfish, selfless and having a sense of self. I think your trip is to strengthen your sense of self.
